Tornadoes, Snowstorms, and Boating in Colorado

Last weekend we went to Colorado to see Mike's family. We had quite an exciting trip. We stopped to grab some dinner in Rawlins and Mike heard at the gas station some tornadoes had touched down near Fort Collins. Then on our way down from Laramie we hit a really bad snowstorm. I think I cried in the car more than Kaden. Once we finally got there we had a great weekend. We went boating, shopping, and to a Rockies game. It was great to get away and relax. Kade got spoiled by his grandparents and aunt.

When we went boating it was to cold to actually get in the water. Mike dared me to jump into the water for $2o, I said yeah right how about $150. Then he upped it to $200 so I jumped in. It was very cold but definately worth it for some new clothes. Kaden enjoyed walking down the beach and soaking up the rays.
Kade's first baseball game was a blast. He enjoyed the game as long as the crowd wasn't noisy. If a team scored he would pucker up his lip and cry. He was a trooper all weekend being carted around Colorado.

Kaden looks so cute in his swimsuit. I'm glad you made it and were able to have fun despite the drive. Good for you taking the bet. $200 for new clothes...Happy shopping!!

Man, I only got $50 for making a snow angel in shorts and a t-shirt! No fair. Looks like you guys had fun even if we weren't there, though I am glad I missed all the exciting weather.

Ohhh so much fun. I am sorry we bailed at church and Brody didn't get a chance to see Kade. I think they have twin swimming trunks! BTW I love your hair with the bleach blonde...SEXY! :)
